We would like to invite you to enjoy our warm hospitality and to start your day in the best possible way, you may begin with the “buffet” where you will find a variety of fresh fruit juices, cereals, yogurts as well as freshly cut fruit, then follow on with our "a la carte" breakfast freshly cooked to order which offers a varied choice to suit all diets.

You may choose a Traditional Scottish breakfast and experience the taste of “Haggis” as well as the “blackpudding” or a more classic breakfast dish of “Eggs Benedict” or  “Scrambled Eggs & Smoked Salmon” and many more.

For those with a sweet tooth, we recommend our “Waffles with Strawberries & Blueberries” served with lashings of Maple Syrup , or you could always choose the “AmarAgua’ Special”, but don’t forget to ask the chef what it is!

Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 09:00 in the Breakfast Room on the ground floor. For the early departures, a continental “Take Away” breakfast can be arranged.
