Our bedrooms are tastefully decorated with beautiful en-suite or private facilities and some special little touches. Stylish without being fussy, AmarAgua has everything you need for a comfortable  relaxed stay along with 21st century technology, free WiFi and satellite TV in all the bedrooms.

Our aim is to provide you with the high standards; one would associate with a good quality hotel in Edinburgh, whilst retaining the more informal atmosphere of a private home.

To enable us to provide you with an enjoyable and relaxing stay, we request that the guests:

• -   Do not bring HOT FOOD into the bedrooms   I.e.: Chinese, Indian, Pizza, etc.
• -   Do not SMOKE throughout the Guest House.
• -   We also decline any "Stag" or  “Hen” Parties.

We are very sorry but due to our room types, we are unable to accommodate young children or babies.

Three	King Size Four Poster en-suite
One	Double en-suite
One	Triple with a Private shower room
The Triple consists of 2 rooms, a Double + Single sharing the same Shower room, ( please click here  for floor plan), however there is also a Sink in each bedroom.
